SARM relay on the no plagiarism policy. We consider only unpublished work and work that has been submitted elsewhere and is under review will not be considered to be published at our platform. We screen all the submitted manuscripts trough plagiarism screening tools. If any manuscript is detected with plagiarized contents is rejected and encourage the authors for revision suggested by our expert review committee member.
Content submitted for review if overlaps or is substantially related to any published article/content, in the press for review or under revision is considered as duplicate content and is not encouraged. Duplicate/ identical manuscripts submitted to other journals are prohibited to publish in our platform. We ensure the publishing practice in line with proper conduct, and ethics, according to International copyright laws, and prefer original, cost-effective use of resources to produce the article. We also strictly follow APA code of ethics (APA Publication Manual, 2010), under which duplicate submissions are rejected as our practice.
At author’s end, if any doubts are there related to the use of published figures or diagrams, he/she can take advice from the respective journal’s editors. In such cases, the author needs to take the letter of approval/permission from the respective publisher/owner. In case the author is unaware of the republication of photos/images/figures, then necessary amendments are required to avoid any sort of clashes.
Citation manipulation is the unwanted use of references with an aim of increasing the citation is not suggested and if found during review process, necessary corrections need to be done at the author’s end.
If the submitted manuscripts are identified as fabricated or falsified with the experimental results constant manipulated images, such articles will be rejected.
As per the research ethics all authors should be properly cited basing on their contribution towards the research. All listed authors should have a significant contribution to the research work submitted and should be approving all its claims. It is necessary to list out the specific individual that made significant contribution, including the students, researchers or any laboratory technicians.
In order to maintain the transparency of the research there should be no conflicts of interest among the contributors. All contributors should declare if there are any competing financial interests related to the work presented. While submitting the manuscript, authors should reveal their financial interests or collaborations, which may be direct or indirect may raise the question of conflict or bias in the submitted work or in the conclusions, opinions given or implications, or any other sources of funding for related direct or indirect academic competition in present or future.
To reproduce or reprint, permission is essential to reproduce material from the copyright holder. Articles cannot be directly published without their permissions and (or) properly cited.
We are very much careful about right to privacy of patients. It is mandatory to collect and preserve the consent form from patients and the theme of experiments should be mentioned clearly. Extensive care should be taken while submitting the manuscript for publication, photographs or any other materials disclosing their identity. In absence of consent form, the materials disclosing their identity should be ruled out. The consent statement should be present at the method section of the article and may produce the consent copy if required during the publication process.
Ethics committee approval is mandatory for the methods/research/protocol where data include original human subject or animals and the statement should be there clearly under the methods section. Also there should be information about the ethics committee, contact details, protocol number along with approval date. Similarly for animal research, ARRIVE statement (Animals in Research: Reporting In Vivo Experiments) is required. In case any deviation from the standard protocol should be mentioned clearly the reason and during review process you may asked for evidence of ethical approval. If there is approval from a National Drug Agency (or similar) the details should be provided and is highly necessary in case of use of unlicensed drugs.
