Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund:
If any registered participant wants to cancel the participation & wish to get refund, following criteria will be applicable (considering the investments towards advance payment of venue, printing, shipping of materials, hotel reservation and other inventory investments).
- Prior 60 days of the Conference: Full refund (except payment amount of $99 or ₹500)
- Within a period of 30-60 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund and can be transfer for other event of Evation (up to 2 year)
- E-poster/ Video presentation: No refund
*Note: For any kind of refund the gateway/service charges/bank charges will be beard by the registrants only. SARM will not bear this refund charges.
- Paypal payment is not accepted for Indian participants and only International payments are allowed through Paypal.
- Final receiept will not be provided to participants unless the money transferred through Paypal reflects in our account/ user need to authorized if required.
- While cancelling/refund teh transction charges will be bear by teh participants not by SARM.
Cancellation, Postpone & Registration Transfer
- If, SARM cancels the event due to certain unavoidable circumstance, 100% refund will be processed for the registered person. If the participant wish, can transfer the same for any other Evation Conference in the same financial year or any other event in next two years. In case in future events the price will be higher, no extra amount will be charged for that.
- If the registered personal is unable to attend the conference, can transfer the same to any other person, for which a written authorization mentioning the details (Name, Email, Address) of the transfer person is mandatory.
- If any person unable to attend the event and the same is intimated within 30 days of the event, Registration transfer is not possible.
- The letter of invitation/acceptance will be void automatically in case of registration cancellation and we will not be responsible for any legal issues associated with this.

Domestic/ International Shipping Policy:
- All orders/subscriptions are processed within 24-48 Hours. Orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. If there will be a significant delay in intimating Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipment rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Upon successful payment, an automated payment receipt will be sent to your registered email id, and within 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours, we will send another confirmation receipt to your email ID.
- We are not sending any hard copy of the payment receipt to your registered address.
- If required any such either need to attend the Conference or in the exceptional case we may send considering the courier cost should be bear by the user.
- If required, a signed and stamped copy can collect from the registration desk or we may send a scanned copy of it.
- All international transit costs must be bear by the user and need to pay before the post.
- Custom/Duties/Taxes: SARM/Agri Vision or its affiliates is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
- SARM/Agri Vision or its affiliates is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
